When is ballooning weather
Ballooning has nothing to do with “good weather”. Ballooning weather needs little wind near the ground and in 500 feet – these are often two very different things.
The sun creates wind: especially during noon and in the evening when the sun is at its heighest point, the thermal lift of the sun is at a peak and ballooning might become impossible. This often happens in spring when the temperatur difference between day and night are highest.
The weather can change quickly!
